As a seasoned tech executive with 25+ years of leadership experience, Lyla Kuriyan is passionate about leading & scaling hypergrowth organizations, focusing relentlessly on expanding customer value, developing inclusive cultures and driving disciplined GTM and operations. Having operated successfully at early-stage Silicon Valley tech startups and large tech companies like Google and SAP, Lyla is a unique leader who combines the scrappiness, determination & urgency of a startup leader with world-class organizational scale, seasoned team management & collaborative leadership. She is customer-obsessed and a domain expert in developer-first tools, open-source & data science. She received a Masters in Public Policy from Harvard University and a BA from Bowdoin College. She passionately advocates for STEM & robotics education for girls and increasing access to outdoor recreation.
