Noor Nijjer joined Sierra Ventures in 2025 and leads Investor Relations and fundraising for the firm. Before joining Sierra, she was VP of Investor Relations at Top Tier Capital Partners. Prior to Top Tier, Noor covered finance and supported Investor Relations for a private credit firm, and gained early experience in investment banking as well as in finance and consulting roles at Ernst & Young and Deloitte.

Noor holds a BA in Business Management & Economics from UC Santa Cruz and a Master’s in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Outside of work, she’s an avid reader of history, enjoys time with friends and family (and her very sociable English Labrador), and is passionate about fitness, pickleball, and improving her golf swing.
