Noor Nijjer joined Sierra in 2025 and leads Investor Relations and fundraising for the firm. Before joining Sierra, Noor was the VP of Investor Relations at Top Tier Capital Partners. Prior to Top Tier, Nooe was a Senior Analyst at Investment Firm, Audax Group and she spent time at both Ernst & Young and Deloitte in New York as a Transfer Pricing consultant. 

Noor holds a BA in Finance from UC Santa Cruz and a Master's in Finance from Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
