Agent IQ, an AI-enhanced customer service engagement platform, raises $6.3M in their Series A Round. The company is using a hybrid platform, a combination of trained AI agents and human customer service agents to tackle large-scale customer care. The company currently has 20 employees, including CEO Craig Davis, and 14 customers, all of which are Fortune 1000 customers. This round of funding will help the company expand on the sales side and build out customer success teams.
