Experience

Ayden joined Sierra in 2012 after finishing his Master in Computer Science from UC Berkeley. During his graduate study, Ayden founded and led Association of Chinese Entrepreneurs (ACE), the largest Chinese professional community at Berkeley providing extensive learning and networking opportunities for Berkeley students. Prior to Berkeley, Ayden gained entrepreneurial and product management experience in consumer web and mobile through his experience at a number of incubators and startups in both US and China. Ayden also founded Sparkle Inc., in 2010 at Shanghai during his undergraduate study. In college, he led SIFE (Student In Free Enterprise) as Chairman to initiate several social enterprise projects and also served as President of the largest student association at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

Education & Background

Ayden holds a BS from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in Electrical Engineering and an M.Eng in Computer Science from University of California, Berkeley. Growing up in China and now working in Silicon Valley, Ayden aspires to become an agent bridging technical innovation and entrepreneurship between east and west. After graduation, Ayden still serves actively as the leadership team director of Association of Chinese Entrepreneur (ACE) at Berkeley.
