Size of the win was not announced. Virgin Mobile France is the fourth-largest mobile operator in the region, according to the two firms. TouchCommerce is venture backed by Sierra Ventures, Emergence Capital Partners, Hudson Ventures, Dolphin Equity Partners, and Partech International. The firm is headed by Bernard Louvat.
