Firm Said Revenue Growth Was Up Due to Its Acquisition of AGL Networks and American Fiber Systems

Louisville, Colorado-based Zayo Group, the bandwidth provider headed by Dan Caruso, reported that it had a net loss of $4.1M on revenues of $287.2M for its year ended June 30, 2011. That compares with net earnings of 0.5M on revenues of $199.3M for the same period last year. For the latest quarter, Zayo Group said it had net earnings of $11.0M on revenues of $77.8M, up from $5.6M in earnings on $55.0M revenues a year ago.
